Rangers Ballpark in Arlington is located at 1000 Ballpark Way, just south of Interstate 30.

There are many exciting developments around Rangers Ballpark in 2008. Highway improvements to the I-30 corridor and progress on new roads in the Arlington entertainment district mean that various streets and/or lanes may be temporarily closed and different routes may be preferred throughout the season.

LATEST TRAFFIC & PARKING UPDATES
NOLAN RYAN EXRESSWAY EXIT CLOSED

Fans arriving to Rangers Ballpark from the west on I-30 should be aware that the Nolan Ryan Expressway exit will be closed for the remainder of 2008. The Texas Rangers recommend the following routes from eastbound I-30:

  • Exit Fielder Road south. Turn left (east) on Randol Mill Road to Rangers Ballpark
  • Exit Cooper Street south. Turn left (east) on Road to Six Flags to Rangers Ballpark
  • Exit Collins Street. Proceed straight on Copeland Road
    • Lots A and M, right on Nolan Ryan Expressway
    • Lots B, C, and D, right on Convention Center Drive

MAJOR PARKING AND ROUTE CHANGES TO LOTS A & B
As the City of Arlington continues infrastructure improvements in the entertainment district, parking lots and roads around Rangers Ballpark will be modified for the remainder of the 2008 season. If you are accustomed to parking in Lots A or B south of Rangers Ballpark, please review these details carefully.

Nolan Ryan Expressway will no longer connect Randol Mill Road to Stadium Drive between Lots A & B. Lot A will be accessible exclusively from the north via Randol Mill Road to Nolan Ryan Expressway. Lot B will be accessed exclusively from the east via Stadium Drive.

The Texas Rangers will limit all access to Lots A & B to season parking customers only. While some cash parking was previously permitted in these areas if capacity for a particular game allowed, cash parking will not be accepted in either Lot A or B for the remainder of 2008. The capacity of these lots has been reduced by approximately 30% in order to accommodate the city's construction zone and maintain convenient arrival and departure.

The Rangers encourage cash parking customers to utilize Lot D and the Star Lot east of Rangers Ballpark or Lots F, G, I, and N north of Rangers Ballpark.

Copeland Road Between Collins &
Convention Center is now Eastbound Only
Beginning Wednesday, July 30, traffic along Copeland Road between Collins Street and Convention Center Drive will flow eastbound only. This section of the road will remain one-way permanently.
